Shipping:
All items are shipped within the USA via USPS first class mail or priority mail. All packages have eTracking so you can track your shipment along its way. Don't worry about a lost package, our software verifies your address prior to shipping. And if that doesn't do the trick, we always have insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Webitems LLC understands people make mistakes, including us. Therefore we accept any return 14 days after receipt. If the item is broken upon delivery, we will send out a replacement free of charge. If you would like to return the item for a refund, simply send us a email and we will have you send back the item for a quick refund.
